•  It is made sure that the guards are paid timely according to their experience and duty hours.
• Overtime is also duly compensated.
• Single accommodation for our guards is also available in case the duty points offer no such arrangements.
• All the guards are provided with two complete sets of outfits; which include company uniforms, shoes, belt, beret, socks and name plates.
•  In case one of our men suffers an injury or any other accident in the line of duty, we provide full medical and health insurance.
• In case any of our professional team member's death, while on duty, the widow/family would be duly compensated.
• Pension would also be considered in special cases.
• All guards would be provided with efficient and functional weapons and ammunition before they report at the said duty point.
•  We also offer social security and old age benefits to our employees.
• Pick and drop service would be provided for far off areas.
