Our guards are selected purely on merit after thorough verification and a detailed procedure.

Selection procedure includes:-

• Physical tests
• Written test
• Physical appearance
• Medical fitness

Other factor include age, duration of service in the armed forces and character assessment.

We maintain a 70-30 ratio for ex-serviceman and civilian guards respectively.
